As we specialize in Pre-Mades, our availability is very flexible, but please contact us at least 2 weeks before your deadline just to make sure we can accomodate you.

All images used in our covers are either taken from our own personally gathered gallery, our stock branch, Stocklarium or general stock/assets sites like Pixelo and Depositphotos. 

Custom inquiries have a 3-day period for the first concept, and depending on the amount of revisions and communication time, it can take up to 2 weeks to complete.

We can. However, we either need the written consent of the previous designer, a copy of their TOS that allows the author to alter the design, or, in case the designer can’t be reached, we need the name and contact information so that we can submit a copyright query.

Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans, starting with 50% deposit.

Yes! Once you pay for your order we can hold the cover for you for as long as you need and edit it in the future. 

No. As AI-generated art cannot be copyrighted or claimed in ownership under US copyright law, we never use AI-generated content in any part of our cover design process. All the assets used in our covers are either photographic elements or custom illustration elements created from scratch.

COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER

All graphic and visual material put up for sale and display in this website and other online and offline platforms affiliated with the name BZN STUDIO DESIGNS, as well as any custom material created by professionals under the name BZN STUDIO DESIGNS as commissioned works for third parties, is protected under the Copyright law of the United States. All copyrights and ownership of the materials belong solely to BZN STUDIO DESIGNS and affiliates, and cannot be transferred or used without the written consent and permission of BZN STUDIO DESIGNS.  

LICENSING TERMS

BZN STUDIO DESIGNS, as holder of the copyright, allows the materials created under its names and those of its affiliates, to be used by third parties under the following licensing terms: 

  • All paid for graphic materials are SOLD / LICENSED only once.

    Once FULLY PAID for, all licensed graphics and visuals are made available exclusively to the original licensee. No graphics will ever be licensed to more than one customer at the same time, and no additional similar, referenced or derivative materials will be ever be created that could at a glance, be linked to said licensed material.

  • All graphic materials are licensed under SINGLE USER conditions.

    Customers that license materials under the name of BZN STUDIO DESIGNS cannot sell, gift, sub-license or in any other way make said materials available, in whole or in part, to third parties without the express written permission of BZN STUDIO DESIGNS.

  • Usage of all graphic materials must be accompanied by proper credit and attribution.

    Costumers and Licensees must include the attribution/credit line: "Cover art by BZN STUDIO DESIGNS", or a correspondent alternative, any time a licensed material is used, in whole or in part, as well as displayed in any form, whether through a virtual or physical platform.

  • Once a graphic material is "SOLD" or "LICENSED", customers are granted full Modification and Usage rights.

    Customers and licensees are granted the right to use and modify the materials created under BZN STUDIO DESIGNS's name in any way they see fit, as long as said usage does not violate the terms stated in this agreement. Licensees DO NOT need to contact or notify BZN STUDIO DESIGNS if they want to alter their licensed materials, expand on them, or use them as part of a larger design, as long as proper credit is present whenever and wherever materials created under BZN STUDIO DESIGNS's names are used, whether in part or in whole.

YOU CAN

  • Share UNPAID primary concepts and graphics with your author and professional platform in order to get opinions and references during the design process.
  • Use the graphics as accompaniment to an e-book, printed book or publishing material that exists within your copyright ownership.
  • Use the graphics in a publishing or promotion project that includes other authors and professionals to advertise your work.
  • Modify the graphics in whole or in part to adequate to new visual needs in service of your brand.
  • Use part of the graphics in conjunction with work by other designers (as long as proper credit is given).
  • Use the graphics to create sellable physical items based on your creative platform (aka. swag items).

YOU CANNOT

  • Make UNPAID primary concepts and graphics available to other designers for them to use as base to create derivative materials.
  • Claim the graphics as your creation.
  • Use any graphics created under BZN STUDIO DESIGNS's name, in whole, part or as part of a derivative work, to create or sell non-fungible tokens (NFT's) of any kind.
  • Sell, sub-license or gift the graphics to another person or entity without the designer's knowledge or permission.
  • Use any graphic content to train any type of Generative AI software or app, of for any other machine-learning outcomes.

*Additional fees and permissions might be needed to use and modify design assets such as stock elements and typography fonts.

BZN Studio Designs will not be responsible for any copyright infringement that occurs as a result of the unlicensed usage of design assets by a third party licensee, in their attempts to modify it through channels other than our BZN Studio Designs facilities and services. 

OPERATIONAL TERMS

Things to keep in mind during a commission process:

  • All concepts will be previewed in low-resolution, watermarked versions until final files delivery.

    All final, high-resolution files will be delivered via e-mail AFTER final payment for the order has been received.

  • All rejected Custom concepts will be turned into Pre-mades.

    BZN STUDIO DESIGNS reserves the right to use and re-use any UNPAID, rejected or abandoned concepts and materials generated during a commission process in any way it sees fit, including modifying it to its discretion and putting it out for sale to the wider public.

  • Source files are available under specific conditions.

    Fully-layered PSD source files are never made available. However, customers can choose to purchase a semi-flattened version of their contracted graphic materials as long as they purchase the accompanying correspondent font and stock licenses.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By contacting BZN STUDIO DESIGNS and initiating a design commission process, and/or purchasing any PRE-MADE material offered for sale through this website or any other associated platform, you agree to abide by these terms and to be bound by them moving forward. 

Any usage or employ of graphic materials licensed under the name of BZN STUDIO DESIGNS that violate any of the rules stated above, will immediately result in all licenses and permissions being revoked and all usage of the material being forbidden under the Copyright Law of the United States.
